In Matt Cutts' Blog, here, he has confirmed that Traffic-power.com and all the domains promoted by Traffic-power.com have been removed from the Google index.
This is huge! It's the first time Google has openly admitted to penalizing a web site for unethical search engine optimization techniques. I wonder if they're going to make a habit of it...
