Yahoo! vs. Microsoft? Google wins.

Yahoo! said today that the company will "not allow you or anyone else to acquire the company for anything less than its full value". How I see this playing out? Microsoft will snafoo Yahoo! and, as the Engadgeters said, all Yahoo's best engineers will move to Google, leaving Microsoft with a search engine that is still entirely better than their own Live search, but, none of the people behind it. Eventually, Microsoft will tinker and tweak the Yahoo! engine into their mountain of sub-par technology, leaving us all having gone from "3 major search engines" to just the one, all-mighty, indestructible Google.
