No surprises here. Over the weekend, I had a front row seat watching my friend install IE7 on his pc. Whether IE can be faulted, or Windows XP, it was pure hilarity. First, the installer didn't ask on which drive he wanted to install it, so it automatically installed on his C drive, a drive that he has Windows 98 installed on. When he went to open the application, which took it's sweet time installing, blank window after blank window opened, tiling the windows all over his screen until there were over 60 open. Then, when he went to type an address into the address bar, it opened his other browser, Flock. It was at this point that he turned around and looked at me in utter defeat. I couldn't help but laugh. Why people even bother with IE is beyond me...
